Marina is warm, welcoming and the most telling thing was that when my somewhat apprehensive dog met her she took the time to put him at ease. She addressed him, sat on the floor with him, offered a cookie and when she went into the other room - he followed her. For me that was THE BEST! My dog has a sweet disposition but he is an unusual breed, big and a lot of work....Marina took on the challenge and exceeded my expectations. Marina\'s shop is so peaceful, clean and quiet. We have brought our dog, Nova, to Bubbly pup twice now! They are AMAZING!!!! The very first time going to them was our first time ever bringing our girl to the groomers because we had just gotten her! They were so accommodating and fit us in the day we called! They were so welcoming, sweet and put us at ease about leaving nova with them! They are quick, efficient and take such great care of Nova! She always comes out tail wagging, smiling and smelling fresh! They are just insanely nice, and genuinely care about the dogs! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
We have been looking for a groomer for quite some time, and we have finally found the perfect place for our dog, Stella. The staff is so friendly and extremely accommodating. Stella cannot wait to go back!!
We took out little guy here for the first time today, he’s not great with other people and gets nippy when he gets really nervous. Bubbly pup took their time comforting him and easing him into the grooming process. He looks and smells great and did very well there. He’s very selective of the people he likes and if he has their approval then they have mine as well. My wife was very happy about how well he was groomed. We will be back, especially with the rest of our pups too!
I was very nervous bringing my Puggle Bruno in to be groomed. He is an anxious pup and HATES getting his nails clipped. When we arrived he wouldn’t even go in the door. They went above and beyond coming outside to pet him and talk to him and eventually he went in. They talked to me about him before I left and even let me go into the back so I could see the place and it made him more comfortable to have me back there!!! I highly recommend them! Professional, friendly and truly love what they do!!!
They did an amazing job with my 7 month old puppy! I called to try to have her squeezed in next day and she made it work. They are prompt and so loving when you bring the dog to the door. She took the time to meet Thea and discuss what she was going to do and any concerns I may have.

Marina was AMAZING!!! I have a very very busy schedule and it is almost impossible for me to book an appointment in advance. She was able to free up some time to cut my yorkies hair. Not only did she free up a little time but she also didn’t rush the job! He looks perfect! At the end of the service she even took notes to the things that my dog didn’t really like, like when he gets his front nails clipped and made a note in his chart about what to do so it did not cause him stress the next time!!! Her talent, kindness and professionalism will keep us coming back!!

Amazing! Went in for my puppy\'s first full groom and Marina did a GREAT job! She explained how everything was going to go and made me, as well as my puppy feel so comfortable. She exceeded my expectations when I came to pick him up, he looked so handsome! Overall very friendly and trusting, will 100% be back!
